Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The onsens were a highlight, providing a relaxing experience, but the service left much to be desired. While the room was spacious and comfortable, I faced multiple issues during my stay that overshadowed the good aspects. The dining experience was chaotic with long waits, and communication with the staff was frustrating due to language barriers.
This hotel has a great view of the town from its hilltop location, but the rooms are quite small and outdated. I found navigating the hotel a bit tricky, especially when trying to locate the dining areas. The onsen was a highlight, providing a lovely view, but I experienced some issues with slow service during peak times. Overall, it has its charm, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
This hotel has a lot of potential but fell short in various areas during my stay. The room was quite small and had a lingering kitchen smell that made it uncomfortable. The dining experience was hectic and unappetizing, especially during peak times. Additionally, the service at the front desk was not up to par, making it a frustrating experience. Overall, it was a letdown, particularly compared to my previous stays at their other locations.
The hotel has a pleasant hot spring experience and friendly staff who provide decent service. The onsen facilities were enjoyable and intimate, but the overall dining experience left much to be desired due to crowds and a lack of quality. The room was cozy, but some features like the dining area and breakfast were disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed experience, especially with the busy atmosphere during meal times.
The hotel has a stunning location with views over the town and nearby attractions, especially the onsen with mountain vistas. However, the rooms felt small and outdated, and I faced issues with my luggage as well as navigating the hotel. The dining experience left room for improvement, especially with understanding the Japanese menu. The free shuttle to town was a big plus, especially during the cold festival period.
